How it all works

• Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire.
  
  
• Once you have picked which suit of armour you would like to hire, contact us to see if it is available.
  
  
• If it is available and you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions, then we will email/post you a copy of our Booking Form for you to complete.
  
  
• Our standard rental is for three full days hire.



• e.g. You would like a Suit of Armour/ Costume for the weekend. The armour/ costume would be sent to your designated mainland UK business address via Parcelforce on a 24 hr service on Wednesday so you will receive it on the Thursday. You have it all day Friday to get used to it. You wear it over the weekend and it is collected from the same address by Parcelforce on the Monday.



• Each extra days rental is charged at £25 per Suit of Armour/Samurai Armour per day and £20 for costumes (there is no extra charge for helmets) when pre-agreed by The Knight Shop International Ltd.



• We can supply a compatible display stand with the English Suit of Armour but there is an additional cost of £20 to cover extra delivery costs. The Baronial suit of Armour is for display purposes only and comes with a compatible stand included in the price.



• Postage
  Postage is £20 each way coming to a total of £40 per Suit of armour and £10 each way per Costume or Samurai Armour to a total of £20 (this would include the helmet if you are hiring this as an additional item). Please feel free to collect/ return in person to reduce costs. We are only 2 minutes off the A55 in Conwy, North Wales- please contact us for directions if required.



• A returnable deposit of £500 per Suit of Armour and £300 per costume hired is required. This amount is payable at the commencement of hire. This will be refunded promptly when the Suits of Armour/ Costumes are returned in good condition.
