Kukri - Assam Rifles

The genuine, original, official military issue to Gurkhas' Assam Rifles Regiment. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts®, the only official Government Contractor for the kukri. Hand-forged from high-carbon steel. This kukri has a 13 1/2" long blade that is double-fullered. Also features the traditional religious notch that is symbolic of the trident (3-pronged spear) of Shiva. At a little over 1/4" thick, this is a very powerful chopping blade. The polished, native hardwood handle is reinforced by a brass bolster and a brass pommel with a raised lion's head decoration. Comes with regulation sheath. Includes accessory knives.
