Price Promise

We will beat any of our competitor’s prices providing that:-

• It is a competitor’s regular price. Not an item they have on special offer or a clearance line. But please feel free to ask us anyway.

• It is a VAT registered firm based in the U.K. and their prices are in £’s sterling.

• It is the same item; some items may look the same on screen but there is a huge difference in quality between different manufacturers. If some of our prices seem expensive it is because we only sell quality products.  There are lots of poorly made, sub-standard products out there sold by retailers who haven’t got a clue what they are selling and are just out to make a quick buck.  If in doubt, ask: we are more than happy to answer all of your questions.

• The item is in the same condition i.e. we can’t match the price of damaged/used goods with new ones.
